Description

Atlassian Specialists at Moser Consulting play a crucial role in maximizing the functionality and efficiency of Atlassian products, especially Jira, for our clients. As experts in the architecture, design, implementation, and operation of these tools, they ensure that our clients can effectively manage their projects and workflows to achieve optimal performance and alignment with their business goals. Our specialists are recognized for their deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver tailored solutions that drive client success. Advanced position where the individual leads significant projects, mentors junior team members, and contributes to strategic planning. They are recognized for their deep expertise, leadership in problem-solving, and ability to drive projects to completion.

Requirements

  • Leads complex migrations and upgrades without supervision.
  • Develops custom plugins and scripts to extend functionality of Atlassian products.
  • Earns the Atlassian Certified System Administrator certification, focusing on complex system configurations.
  • Pursues continuous learning on new Atlassian releases and cross functional tool integrations.
  • Leads cross-functional team meetings to drive strategic discussions on project integration and aligns Atlassian tooling with business processes.
  • Facilitates conflict resolution sessions where project scopes or technical challenges arise, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and projects stay on track.
  • Develops communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow between project teams, senior management, and clients on key milestones.
  • Leads the technical portion of sales presentations, articulating the value proposition of Atlassian solutions in solving complex business challenges.
  • Coordinates with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling case studies and testimonials that highlight successful implementations.
  • Develops and leads mentoring programs, focusing on advanced Atlassian skills and certifications.
  • Provides guidance on using tools and techniques effectively, supporting less experienced Atlassian Specialists in their professional development.
  • Speaks at industry conferences and publishes papers on advanced Atlassian topics.
  • Leads large-scale projects and influences organizational strategies related to Atlassian product usage.

Where You'll Work

Moser has two offices in Indianapolis, IN, and one in Baltimore, MD. This position will require a hybrid/onsite work schedule out of our downtown Indianapolis office.

Salary

At Moser Consulting, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The $93k-$154k salary range for this role is not just a number—it’s a reflection of the value we place on the skills and experience our employees bring to our team.
